A1: print stops around 80%

Hello everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue with my 3D printer A1 after replacing the motherboard. Every time I start a print, it automatically stops around 80% of the process, detecting an issue. The nozzle starts hitting the printed piece, and the print is interrupted. The z-axis at a certain point lowers causing the nozzle to impact the piece.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

Changed the SD card (no result).
Sliced the model with OrcaSlicer, so I can rule out G-code issues.

I am currently in contact with support to try and resolve the problem, but I wanted to ask if anyone has had a similar experience or any suggestions on what might be causing this.

Thank you in advance for your help!

:+1::blush:I close the post as it was solved by bambulab support, it was a firmware problem.

I have the problem when i send a print to the printer the printer will download the print but it stops at different points and just freezers.

Got it frozen at 0%,94% and 80%.

Its sinds the 01.04 update.

And yesterday and print just stopt at 92% with a hot nozzle in de print.

What did you do then … update the firmware again?

Yes, in my case it was a firmware update problem.

my A1 will print fine untill about 60% and then just freezes and the nozzle sits on the print. if i hit pause the extruder goes back to its corner but when i hit resume it just returns to the spot on the print and continues to sit. i have done factory reset and maintenanced the printer, also have tried different gcodes. i have contacted bambulab and am waiting for a response. I use my printer every day, so this is likely just a firmware update issue? and how do i fix this?
