A1 purge line has changed

Hello experts,

In the past, I received two parallel, clean purge lines before each print. Since my last update, there’s only one very strange looking, interrupted line with a very unequal width. I have selected the correct printer and used the filament settings provided by BambuLab (in this example it was BambuLab PLA Matte). Also, filament continues to come out of the nozzle for a few seconds after printing. I did the Flow Dynamics and Flow Rate calibration, cleaned the nozzle but the results haven’t changed. The overall print quality has also decreased.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Purge line:

After printing has completed, filament continues to come out of the nozzle:

Filament oozes because the hotend it still hot. It won’t do it on all filaments, just the ones that use a higher temp.

The purge line will print 2 times if there is a flow adjust is made from the printer (if you have the option checked). After the 1st purge, if Bambu thinks it’s ok, that it will start printing…if not, it will purge filamament again & make another line.
