I’m starting to lose patience, no, make that completely lost patience with Bambu and the A1 recall. Since the day they asked us to register our intentions (I chose refund and voucher) I have heard nothing. No updates to support tickets, no emails, nothing. I’m giving them two more days and then I’m going to apply for a refund through Paypal AND I’m going to complain via Fair Trading and the ACCC. This lack of communication is appalling.
I see some in the UK have received their refund already. If someone from Bambu Labs is reading these, get your finger out!
