Anyone else had issues sending their A1 back? I got my label finally for the return, boxed it up went to post office and they went to scan the return label provided to no avail. Nothing registered in their system. Pain in the butt.
Anyone else had this?
This is for Australia based returns via Australia Post
Same thing happened here, but the Post Office accepted the item anyway. Today I checked the tracking number and it is on its way back to Bambu. Did the Post Office accept your parcel?
Yeah, mine is a small, regional town Post Office. I know the Postmaster well. He just took it and sent it on its way. I saw that it got scanned at the Perth Airport sorting centre today, so something started working, somehow.
Had the same issue with mine first time wife took it and they couldn’t do anything. Unfortunately for me she didn’t pay attention or explain it well so i had to take it, same story code wasn’t working. I offered to pay tracking and send it back at my own cost as i am over it and was told sorry we cant accept box that big(mind you original box)
I asked so you can send it back for them but not for me to be told yeh we have a contract to them but cant offer the service to every day people Aus post is a big fkn joke, Tried getting in touch with bambo and we all know how long that will take so have decided to go thru paypal and have less worries.
That’s annoying. Yes I will try take it back this week coming. I have raised a ticket with them but won’t hold my breath. Already looking at the Prusa again. After all this.
I am in the same boat. Did not work, post office would not accept it. I had to pay for my own shipping label which I immediately provided to the ticket and their email. It has now arrived, however, their support ticket system is down and I can’t even see any of my tickets / make a new one. I have doubts that I will receive a refund in the coming months, given how long this process took.
I had the same issues when posting it back at Auspost. The server pulled many puzzled looks but eventually found a way to enter it.
When it was returned to 4PX, the status showed it had been ‘returned to sender’. Then support sent me a message asking if I had received it back and if I could chase it with the logistics company.
Luckily, after a few days, they ‘found’ it and issued a refund (kind of - that’s another story).
