Hello,
I received the Beta firmware for update that means I joined successfully the Open Beta Program but I still cannot access to the Beta test forum section
The Open/Public Beta and the Closed Beta are two different groups. The Beta test forum is for the Closed Beta group. This is why you don’t have access to it.
Thank you for response.
So now my question is, after filled multiple time the form for the private beta testing program, why I still don’t have any response ?
The reason you probably haven’t been contacted is there are only so many spots for the Closed Beta group. They don’t add everyone that applies. I’m assuming the spots are filled and they are not looking for more testers.
If I was incharge (which I’m not) of selecting people for the Private beta group I would select people from the forum that have a posts that show a helpful and knowledgeable demeanor. People that show that they have an aptitude for troubleshooting issues.
