A1 stop in the middle of the print and remain stuck for minutes

Helllo

I have a problem that destroys my models, it happens several times and I don’t understand where the problem is.
It’s very annoying, it happens during long prints of over 10 hours, and it basically destroys everything I’ve done, after 10-12 hours of printing and over 300 grams of filament, everything thrown in the trash.

What’s going on
Completely random, the printer stops suddenly, the printer screen shows the temperature of the bed and the extruder 0 degrees. The fan still runs at 100%.
It stays like this for around 10 minutes, then it resumes its print, but of course it leaves a big stripe and a blob where it stopped and it gets hit every time it passes over it.

What could it be?
The SD card was changed some time ago, with which I printed over 300 hours without problems.

I noticed this especially with longer prints.

My friend is having this same problem with 4 bambu A1 combos at the same time. Did you ever find a solution?

Since nobody have a solution, usually this forum it’s useless if you don’t have top 10 most common problems, like: 1. Your filament it’s wet, 2. Your filament it’s wet. 3. Clean bed….

I made some change but don’t know exactly one that fix the problem, since then, A1 it’s working perfectly.

  1. I had an 128gb sd-card, I read somethings that it’s to big and can create problem. Change with an 32GB
  2. I turn off all settings related with the camera, recording, time lapse, everything.
  3. Turn off tangle detection

And that it.
Hope this will fix yours.
