Had the same issue. Pressed pause, waites for the temp to go below 140C and resumed. The infinity cleaning stopped and it’s printing now.
We just moved plugged my printer in said as card wasn’t working had to get a new one lost all files then prints where still messing up ended up with a blob so had to change the hot end heating element still messing up so I seen someone say reset it I did and now it won’t go past tool head cleaning numbers change but nothing gets hot and it’s stuck in back right corner of plate 
Just check cable connexions…
Same situation happened with me, I just pause the print and resume. It worked for me.
