I’ve been having an issue on my A1 Combo where the 1st layer of filament ends up either extremely rough or not filled in (as the images show), no matter whether it’s a smooth or textured plate. Then, the nozzle scratches the layer and/or lifts it up. I’m using Bambu PLA Basic with the AMS and a 0.4mm stainless steel nozzle; tried replacing the nozzle but it hardly changed anything. The issue only happens on the first layer, but the entire print ends up being ruined if the nozzle peels the first layer off. What do I do?
1st you should always check if you have proper slicing settings, those prints you showed in the 2nd picture seem to only have one layer for the bottom with 1 layer of walls. Use 2 layers for the walls and 3 for the floor.
2nd thing you should check is if the build plate is clean and positioned correctly, both smooth and textured are coated in PEI, a plastic that sticks to other plastics to improve adhesion. However, any amount of grease or water will block the PEI from sticking to the print, so it is necessary to wash the plate with isopropyl alcohol.
Last possible problem could be with the printer itself, shipped printers tend to have problems due to bad handling during shipping, and I advise that instead of buying it shipped to you, you go to a micro center or a best buy to get your A1 replaced if the warranty is still active.

First layer problem:
- Dirty plate. Wash with dishwashing detergent that does not contain skin softening additives.
- Check the 7 screws of the hot part.
- Check: Is the nozzle fixed correctly in the hot part?
4.Clogged nozzle. Perform cold pull several times using a cleaning thread (nylon).

Now I’m realizing that the nozzle is scratching against the built plate for the 1st layer and the beginning where it prints filament on the side of the build plate. I think it’s going too low which sometimes lifts up the 1st layer. I somehow successfully printed a Benchy even with this issue, but it messed up the writing on the bottom, so that doesn’t show up on the final print.
Too bad bambu printers dont let you babystep the Z offset 
I think you should remove your nozzle, remove the 3 screws in the black plate behidn the nozzle, assure that the 2 screws UNDER THAT are tight, put it all back together tightly. Trim the stump of filament off your nozzle’s top, and really be sure the magnet seats it “up and in”.
How’s it look on textured plate? Smooth is less forgiving of bad Z
