Hey, I have a few issues with my A1 print quality which kinda frustates me.
First of all I get VFA issues at standard mode, which leaves me with the belt teeth marks visible on some parts of the print which doesnt even have a consistent pattern sometimes which makes it stuck out even more. If I change to ludicrous mode, the vfa issues go away but this is not really a solution as I heard other peoples printers don’t have any vfa at all so I’m wanting to achieve that.
Also ghosting visible, what would be the best way to remove/reduce this?
The flow calibration doesn’t seem to be working as the corners are sticking out as seen on the photos.
Thank you, my main concern is the vfa teeth marking, as I would expect all of the calibrations the machine does to improve wall surface quality
I’m looking for a solution for the same problem. And I stumbled upon this post in the other bambu thread with title Banding / Ringing type artifacts (I can’t post links)
A part of the problem could be due to non-teeth pulley used in X-axis and Y-axis. I ordered some 3rd party ones and will try if it solves it for me.
@Orbital unfotrunately not yet. I’ve got the pulleys but don’t have much time to do it - it will require to re-tesion the belts and a plenty of testing. At the moment I need a working printer. I’ll post an update once I do it
