A1 what happen with print quality?

Hi im priting parts for enclosure for ams lite and print come like that,
What is wrong or what i make wrong
I use PLA Bambu basic only + AMS lite.

:poop:

Couple things I would check.

Calibrate your filament as it looks like your K factor is off for the white filament. The bottom layer is pulling away from the outerwall

It also looks like your flushing volume isn’t set right as there is blue bleeding into the white filament.

It’s calibrated. When I print only with white first layer it’s I think good

Those are different prints? It may be that your bed was simply dirty for the smaller part.

Yes I make this print today after wash plate and dry filament all nigh. So now is good?

My first layers have suddenly started being smooshed down into the build plate. I’ve actually been having Karen so a bunch of weird things. Print quality is kinda hit and miss. My P1S hasn’t been having any issues. I really think the lack luster processing power on the A1, kinda defeats the purpose, in my opinion. I’d rather pay an extra $50 for the printer, to get at least 2fps on the camera. Not to mention less lag when it comes to standard operations, that the machine is trying to do.

I use my old Galaxy Phone for my screen on my P1S, so I’m even using for the A1 to make things quicker and easier.

Your issue is the screws behind the hotend came loose. Not like super loose, but loose enough that it gives a false reading on your bed leveling. It also affects printing, you will start getting more and more drag across infill.

So if the screws are tight, what do we check next?
