A1 won't match nozzle size between printer and slicer

I am trying to use CF filament, and in Bambu Lab have changed the nozzle to the hardened steel 0.6 diameter nozzle, and set the nozzle size to 0.6. BUT, after slicing and trying to send the print, I get this message:

“The current nozzle diameter (0.4mm) does not match the slicing file (0.6mm). Please make sure the nozzle installed matches with the settings in printer, then set the corresponding printer preset when slicing.”

The screen that displays this message (sending to the printer), shows that the printer is set to 0.4mm, but in the Prepare and Preview screens, even the printer settings screen it shows the printer nozzle set to 0.6mm.

I’m baffled at what I’m doing wrong, or if this is a bug?

Printer: A1
Nozzle: 0.6mm hardened
Filament: Black CF

did you try: restarting both (sorry to ask)

and did you change the nozzle setting in the slicer or did you change it on the printer itself?

sometimes when i change the settings on my printer i have to close all of my slicer instances (windows) and when my slicer is fully closed i then re-open it and it corrects itself.

On the pad of your a1 – settings – maintenance – nozzle – tell the machine it now has a 0.6 nozzle

Studio might be able to do it remotely from the slicer too but I haven’t used the new versions.
