A1 wont start print

Just finished a print, went to start a new one and now the printer wont start the print. By that I mean, Bambu Studio will send it to the printer, the model will be downloaded, and them printer will say preparing, but thats it. Its been “preparing” for 45 min now.

Tried the old turn it off and back on again trick, no help.

If i try to move the toolhead or plate with the controls on the screen it will tell me I have to home them first, fine, home it first, the toolhead does its thing left right up down, but then the buttons on the screen dont do anything at all to move anything.

If i try to set bed temp or nozzle temp it lets me put in a number, but the temperature doesnt actually change. As I type this post, the plate moved all the way forward, and now the printer says homing toolhead but nothing is moving.

Is this a printer hardware issue? Software? The aliens are hacking my printer to make tiny little TPU tires for their space ship? Any help as always is greatly appreciated

I have attached a photo of the board (showing the light is on) and a video showing the not very much the printer does do.

So I had the same issue a couple of times, the solution was to just reslice or simply turn off and restart the printer and it worked, I suppose it was the same with you?

No, I had to get a warranty replacement

so was this progressively getting worse or did it never work again at the first occurence?

I am having this issue now, everything was fine until today. Did they find out what the issue was in the end? What was the replacement you got?

Nope I returned it and warrantied it

Ah, that is crazy. How long did you have the printer for before the issue happened?
