A1: Y Axis off, build plate not placed properly, calibration fails

I had a power outage for 5 or so seconds in the middle of a print. When I fired back up and attempted to resume the print, the print head was about 1/2"-3/4" off on the Y axis. Canceled print, rebooted, tried to reprint and got a build plate not placed properly error. I was able to resume the print through that error, but the head was still 1/2" off. Canceled, tried to run calibration and it failed. Unplugged, left unplugged for 12 hours, plugged back in and tried calibration again and same issue. Tried to print again, and all the same issues repeated. This is an A1 combo, 4900 hours. PLA filament, elegoo brand. File is one I can’t share, but it’s one i’ve run many times before.

I’ve submitted a help ticket, but i’ve never had luck with Bambu’s support. They take weeks to resolve issues and i don’t have weeks. I run a small farm, and am very backed up on orders and need all the printers running.

Any ideas here on what might need to be replaced? Could this be a main board issue from the outage?
