Hi
I’m having problems printing a plate for a vase in my A1M with a PLA-Silk filament from bambu. I printed this before, with exact same settings and filament and it all went well. Now, after a specific height, and mostly on the corner further from the filament spool, the top half of the part becomes messy, filaments lines are disaligned and loose, some even hanging.
I went trough the slice details and found 2 things that contrasted in the good part vs the bad part: Fan speed and Layer time. So i tackled the first, and reduced fan speed from 60-80% to 50-60%, and nothing changed. With this the only slice pattern that seems quite contrasting is the layer time…but is that an issue? I tried printing the whole model at 50% speed → No change.
I also printed only the top part, by moving the model downwards into the plate in bammbulab and it came out perfect!
I already chech the hardware part (cleaned and oiled the axis + calibrated printer).

Another part where you clearly notice the issue only on the further side from the filament spool. The back of the print is fine.
Any ideas of what to check next?
Thank you!
