I have been using my A1 for over a year with basically no problems. All of a sudden now I cannot print a first layer without making a total mess. The nozzle seems to drag across the bed and smearing filament all over.
I have tried the troubleshooting suggestion ie. Loose Screws on heating element, Print Plate has been swapped with PIE textured, Cool plate, scrubbing, etc. Absolutely no change in symptoms. New nozzle, Bambu PLA basic different spools, clean and lube all rails, run various calibrations, and so far no change in symptoms. Any suggestions would be appreciated. AttachedI pictures;
Hi,from the pictures it seems to be under extrution. I used to face something similar on my Ender 3 when the nozzle was too close with the bed but I doubt that is the issue here since A1 mini does auto z offset.
Other reasons could be a clog,may be a dirty bed or wong filament settings. Since you have cleaned the bed,changed the filament and nozzle may be you should check if there is some issue with the filament path to the nozzle.
Check the tubes,gear or something else along the way.
Hope it helps
Often it is also the filament that is somehow blocked on its way during an underextrusion. Does it unroll cleanly? Have you installed a PTFE tube that somehow have too many turns/twists, where the filament gets too much friction on the inside or similar things?
