Hi so I just bought a Bambu lab P1S printer (with AMS attachment) and I tried to print something, but my filament wouldn’t stick to the bed and the nozzle just dragged it around the printer. Keep in mind this printer is brand new. What should I do.

Also, could someone help me with customer support, Bambu lab failed to send me my stock filament cartridge. I got the one with 4 stock filaments and they did not send the black filament. The black filament was missing from the box.

I have the same issue. Is there any sollution idea?

Are there instructions on how to get access to create new posts? I’m guessing I need to comment somewhere so it thinks I’m not a bot?

I wish the user activation system was better.
Since it’s the same account for the main store + slicer cloud printing, there ought to be enough information to pre-verify that I’m not a bot.
A newly created account doesn’t actually mean I’m unknowledgeable either. I’m only creating one now that I want to post something. I can read and search just fine without logging in.

This is my exact issue, I purchased a printer with this account, am logged into the software with this profile, need community help and am Stuck at level 0. Ridiculous.

My Bambu Studios crashes now after the latest update when I try to watch the live feed. Never happened before this.

try just heating up the nozzle like 220 for pla then push some filament through. if it comes out smooth, clean your bed. how far off from your bed when printing is your nozzle ?
