Viewing at least 5 topics Reading at least 30 posts Spend a total of 10 minutes reading posts The restriction for brand new users should be understandable as it greatly cuts down on spam bots which no one likes. Yup, familiar with discourse, already did that, user level upgrade didn’t trigger to allow posting until the third comment.
