Lidar scanning X1C & Web Interface

Hi,

Just received my X1C, was an upgrade from Flashforge 5M Pro. I am extremely happy, AMAZING !

Where is the Lidar file saved, i would like to review/keep for Quality Control ? is there a % pass for this Lidar scan and could this be shown on UI

As an aside, the only (literally) thing i feel is now missing from the X1C is a web interface, accessible from ip address. My use case is loading projects to the X1C when not at home (i have remote access to IP address)

Thanks in advance

Dumb question, but does anyone know how to make a new post? I’m using bambu lab x1 series and I can’t seem to post. Sorry in advance if obvious.

Same. No idea how to add a new post.

hi i have had my X1 carbon for aaround a week i love it, but something strange happend this morning there was an update, and a model i was about to print went from 1h45m to 3h21m, had a look at my settings but cant see anthing has changed little help please anyone ?

Looking for a way to contact warranty support outside of submitting a ticket.
Our X1-Carbon (7 months old) had a circuit board fail and the machine is completely inoperable so we were not able to pull any uploads from it which are required to submit a ticket. Even when going thru the customer service email and explaining this, the response was to submit a ticket with the print video and print log.

The software used for this forum is named Discourse. It works on the principle that forum users need to learn their way around here before they get “promoted” to the trust level that allows them to create new posts. This typically means you are expected to read the “main” Public Service Announcements or PSAs, read and reply on other stories, use the like button, use smileys, that kind of stuff. I myself am going through this phase as well, but have been there before so understood what was happening. Note you’ll soon get a suggestion to read about these trust levels here, and, if the BambuLab Forum Admins have kept to the defaults, you need to scan 5 topics, read 30 posts, and spend at least 10 minutes reading before you get to level 1.

Admittedly annoying if you have an urgent issue you want to ask people about, but, well, there it is.

Finding a post on a similar situation is usually a good way to get to the required level of trust, because that allows you to join a similar discussion, add your own experiences, and maybe helping to diagnose someone else’s issue. Check back and see the automated messages you get during this phase, the promotion is sure to turn up in a reasonable time.

Cheers,
Bert
