Ok, it is definitely neither a software nor a firmware issue. I have reverted to version 01.07.01.00 and the problem persists.
As some users have pointed out, the print fails when the internal temperature reaches 43°C.
At this point, I believe the modification Bambulab is making for fan management in the firmware is useless.
In my opinion, we are facing a very serious problem, as the printer successfully completed 6 prints of the same object in ABS when it was new, and then it started failing all of them. Considering that when printing in PLA, it completes the print perfectly and the internal temperature never exceeds 40°C, it is evident that we are facing a mechanical wear issue of some part.
The carbon rods are perfectly clean and smooth, and the belt has been reset multiple times, but if it were one of these last two factors, the print would also fail with PLA.
As a final test, I will now start a print with the printer door open and monitor the temperatures, and then I will update you.
