Since February 2, access to the camera and the contents of the X1 Carbon memory card, both from the studio and from the mobile application, has not worked. X1 global version. Firmware on the printer 1.07

Same here - I see it’s been two days since your post. I’m hoping that someone can resolve this issue. The only thing I can think of is restarting the printer… but it’s in the middle of a print that is taking another 20 hours.

I solved this problem by switching to firmware 1.7.02
