first idk if this is the right section .
I got a new router, so my P1S lost its WiFi connection. I reset the network settings on the printer to reconnect it, but this logged my printer out of my Bambu account.
Now I can’t re-bind the printer to my account. The printer shows a QR code, I scan it with the Bambu Handy app, and the app opens and asks me to pair via Bluetooth. I grant all permissions and press “Pair” on both my smartphone and the printer display. It then searches for a network for a few seconds and suddenly jumps back to the beginning – showing “Bluetooth connection failed.”
I’ve tried this on 2 different smartphones with the same result. I also tried via Bambu Studio on PC, but you can’t generate a binding/connect code without the printer being linked to your account first – so that’s also a dead end.
The printer has no LAN port. I’ve already done a full factory reset on the printer multiple times. Nothing helps. Bluetooth pairing never succeeds, it always fails at the network search step.
