Yes I can also vote for adding folder support and sorting data.
But what I’m also really missing is a search option.

I discovered today as a new owner of an a1 that there is no folder reading functionality in the sd, I’m shocked, such an advanced machine that lacks this basic function. I keep everything organized in folders by model from my old ender.
How come the developers after years have not put this simple option?

Con grande sorpresa scopro che questa basica funzionalità non è gestita dalla mia x1c e che il problama noto da più di un anno è rimasto senza soluzione! Questo un po’ delude la recente esperienza di acquisto! Spero venga risolto velocemente con un aggiornamento fw.

this is a plus one from me, I am forever having to reslice parts as i can’t find the file., also being able to see the full file name would be good as that holds slicing info

It is the maddening to me that here we are, two years later, and we still don’t have any method to sort files on the SD card when accessed through the GUI or app.
This is such a basic ask that even oldest, antiquated, most agricultural printers out there support.
This “giant dumping ground” sorted only by the order they were received is quite simply the worst possible way to sort files.
Management and the developers need to step and fix this issue.
As an owner of an X1C and two P1S units, I’m done buying BambuLab printers until they address this; I have no choice but to leverage other brands in my fleet expansion.

Yeterday I updated my bambu labs X1 carbons to the last update firmware (Version 01.09.00.01) and for my surprise they have a brand new look on it. And I thought that with the brand new look there was FINALLY the folder support update we are asking for so long time now, more than 2 years. But there isn’t.
What’s your problem Bambu? Seriously. Is that so difficult? Or demanding? I sincerely think you don’t feel like doing it because more than 2 years later, here we are, still asking the same thing. So shame on you. If you are where you are now it’s only because of us, your customers. So you’d better listen to us because we are really tired of asking this single feature to you. Really realy tired.

@BambuLab We need Folder Support on SD Card, please!!! So many files and i spend so much time searching for a specific file or scrolling from top to bottom

This is an absolute joke that there aren’t folders. Gameboy’s had folders, calculators have folders.
