I notice the chamber fan can be purchased through the Bambu Store. I am wondering if it would be possible to add a second chamber fan to the X1C on the right side, and wire it into the existing chamber fan to help even out the cooling on that side of the build plate?

I thought the chamber fan was to exhaust air inside the chamber through the filter.
is that a different fan?
Ya I think you are talking about the aux fan on the left side of the printer like for pla prints.
I know Jrock is working on this mod you can message him or he might see this post 
You can even use a relay so you don’t have a big amp draw on the circuit board and use the current aux fan to trip the relay coil

In my free time I’m playing with a dual pancake style of fans in separate enclosures but together when in place that will sit at the bottom with the air ducts neatly tucked in and at the exact same hight
I’m actually going off baffled speaker enclosures for their small build volume but maximum efficiency
I already made extensions and jumpers with my JST kit with the hopes of doing exactly what you are thinking about
Now I’ve got a spare Aux fan so it’s a trade off lol
All I need now is more me time so I can get some fun stuff done
