Hi, just started up my X1C and could not get one print to stick to the bed, performed a manual leveling of the bed and the problem is resolved. Must of been bounced a lot on its way to me.
Good news you have it working was this the cool plate you was using ?
Also if you are not running the current firmware they have added some z offsets for like the texture plate if you did not know this

Thanks I was trying out the cool and then the engineering plate at the time with different filaments and had the same results until I performed the manual levelling of the bed.
I really don’t understand the adhesion issue, I’ve been using my X1 for two weeks, printing 24-7,
without any adhesion raw cool plate on PLA. No issues.
