I am making a base to go inside something and need to adhere the LED strip to the plastic. It doesn’t like to stay put after a while of use and unsticks, curling up and showing up poorly. What can I use to wipe the plastic with so that the tale sticks and stays stuck? The LED uses 3M tape, so not junk tape either.
Tape the LED strip down, and then run a bead of thin Cyanoacrylate adhesive all the way around both edges of the strip. As long as there’s no mechanical stress being applied to the strip, it should stay stuck for at least however long it takes the print’s plastic to degrade.
