I was wondering if there is a way to adjust the depth and method of the color painting. For instance, if I color some text on one side of a model using the fill tool, it will add that color in a seemingly random pattern somewhere between 2-5 layers deep. Sometimes it’s fine, other times I’m having an issue with the color not being bold enough (e.g. white on black).
Basically I’m wondering if it’s possible to specify that when I fill a part of a model, it will fill that color say, 1mm deep, then revert to the normal fill color. I’ve included a photo of what I mean from layers 1-3…

This is how I do it,
Let’s say your you have a lid which is 5mm thick.
Scale your object to 3mm (Z-axis) that’s 15 layers at 0.2mm per layer.
then move your object on the lid z-axis again, till the top is flat,
your object won’t stick out of the lid, it’s now in the lid for 3mm.(15 layers)
I’m not sure I understand exactly what you mean. Here’s another more basic sample. As you can see from these images, Bambu chose to extend the color .6mm deep, and the outline 1.0mm deep. The actual model has the letters cut 5mm deep. Is this a bug? Is there any way for Bambu Studio to recognize the actual size of the bodies that I want colorized? Or to specify the depth of the color?
