Yes, PTFE tube detached and the filament fed straight in from the top with no resistance at all while I’ve been testing and the gearing will still jam and chew the material up.
This is manually operating the machine, no GCODE etc involved so it’s literally a piece of TPU fed in to the top without PTFE tubing, no nozzle attached etc so it’s literally just the gearing the TPU has to navigate and it will occasionally still jam and click, chewing the TPU up so I have to reverse the gearing to remove the TPU.
I’ve had the head apart completely and used a stiff brush to clean everything carefully.
I’m going to redo the full calibration on the laser machine, let it run its calibrations and try another print.
I have some other TPU materials like Ninjaflex so I’ll give that a go and see how it gets on.
