After 19 days, still no voucher for A1 heated bed exchange

A1 Recall ……

No idea if it is a coincidence but I’ve been waiting almost two weeks for a reply from BL after sending in my photos , which I did by just directly replying to my ticket email chain, when yesterday I decided to actually open my ticket on the support page and add my photos directly that way. Four hours later I have had a response, now just waiting for voucher code.
