After outage, printer unbound - can't re-bind

Just checked the status page and it said services were restored, so I tried to print, but Bambu Studio and Handy can’t see the printer. I logged out of my account on the printer and now my printer is showing as unbound in the Handy app and has a QR code on the screen of the printer. If I try re-binding the unbound printer in handy, I get a “JSON Parse Error” message, and if I try scanning the QR, I get a “database access exception” error. My printer is unreachable via the app. Any help?

edit: oh, status says it’s down again. this bites.

Start from scratch like it was a new printer.

Don’t try to re-bind, let the QR code take you through the process, and treat it like a new or second printer.

Thanks. That eventually worked, but I think when the services first came back up something was weird. I was getting a “database access exception” message in Handy when I scanned the QR code. Some patience paid off though and I’m back in business.
