OK so I updated yesterday and had the lights out tonight for the trick-or-treaters noticed the flickering I’ve looked for a loose connection and bad wire since I have extras, the previous firmware didn’t have any noticeable issues but since it was just the P1S and not the AMS firmware that was installed should I submit a ticket? Or wait and see if the AMS’s also get an update? I’ll attach the video from my phone in a second I haven’t noticed anything else other than those LEDS its weird
I saw the same flickering about two weeks ago. The P1S had been sitting on and idle all day and I noticed the flickering on just one of my two AMS units (AMS1) when the room was dark. It did seem like a loose connection, so the first thing I did was make sure the cables were still secure. Powering the printer off and back on ‘fixed’ the flickering. I haven’t seen it since, but I haven’t been looking for it and generally don’t leave the printer powered up when not is use. I thought it was just an odd one-off thing.
Edit: I realized it was actually my slightly newer AMS that insists on being AMS1. Left the printer on and idle today and the same AMS started flickering again. However, everything seems to work just fine. I sent a print and the LEDs went back to normal.
