I recently had issues trying to align an item using Bambu Studio and was wondering how it could be achieved.
For the purposes of illustration consider you have a triangle that has been extruded. At one end of one of the edges you have a dome shape protruding.
It is the face with the dome one that you wish to align to the bed, however when you click the align tool it will not off that face as it will offer a a path between the peek of the dome and the edge of the face.
I realise this example may not make total sense but it is the easiest way to visualise the problem. My actual problem was similar but the face I wanted level with the bed was on the top, I would therefore have rotated the object 180 degrees once it was aligned.
For many years I used Cura and it’s leveling system worked on faces rather than the system used by Bambu Studio so in this instance it would have been able to achieve this.
