+1 OrcaSlicer have this option “Apply gap fill”
bump. Still missing. 2025. and this is still a constant nuisance.

It doesn’t work, even on 0, it still fills the void. Both on Arachne and Classic
Yep, agree they appear to have patched out this work around.
Why they insist on taking away our buttons, even the undocumented ones, is beyond me.
3 years later and they can’t even implement a basic check box copy pasta from orca. The bambu software team never fails to disappoint on the smallest of the most requested items.

orcaを使用して「apply gap fill」のチェックボックスを外せば簡単にこの問題を解決することができます。しかし、orcaを使うことはbambu studioで構築してきたワークフローが崩れるのでベストな方法ではないです。
さっさと「Apply gap fill」という項目をbambu studioに追加してください。
ただそれだけです。
