@MakerWorld
I propose an Easter egg painting contest.
The idea is simple, the official MakerWorld account releases a basic egg model. Users download the model, paint it Bambu Studio, print it out, take some pictures and post them in the comments section of the model or Facebook/Instagram/reddit/Discord/wherever. If they accept submissions from all socials, then maybe they do a thing where they pick 1 or 2 from each social. And not full blown rewards like a regular contest either. Maybe just small amounts of points or MakerLab credits. Or go in the opposite direction and give printers to everyone. I’m sure the community would love that.
A contest where no modelling skills are required, and every Bambu user has a shot at winning, not just designers.
Paint it.
Print it.
Post it.

sounds cool but i got 2 problems with this 1 its not even close to easter yet its still january and not everybody celebrates the holiday and 2 not as much of a problem but I dont think they are going to give out 3D printers for painting eggs sorry to burst your bubble but its just not happening XD

Exactly. That’s why I’m posting it now. So there is plenty of time to plan, prepare, and most importantly, make sure the appropriate banners have been created
Not everyone celebrates Halloween or Christmas, but we had those contests. I think I would actually be shocked if there wasn’t an Easter contest. We had one last year.
They’re obviously not giving away printers, that part was a joke. Sorry about the confusion.

I love this idea, for a more art skills based contest that starts with the same object. It would be a win on social media for sure.

I don’t think people are really interested in spending 15 hours printing an easter egg.
