AMS 2 pro does not do drying

I recently bought AMS 2 pro for p1s after setting this up I decided to turn on drying and after adding power source and removing filament from feeding holes it starts by making clicking sounds and after 3-4 seconds it make click sound again and drying screen disappears no error on lcd.
If I go again to drying screen it let me start drying again but same things repeats again.
What could be the issue I used 24v 6A generic power adapter?

Just grabbing at straws here, I’m not using a p1s so have no experience with them connected to an AMS 2 pro.

What are the dimensions of the barrel connector from the power adapter? “5,5 x 2.1” or “5.5 x 2.5”? As I recall, the AMS is a 5.5 x 2.1, if you’re adapter is 5.5 x 2.5 then it’s likely that’s the issue.

I did not check dimension of connector but after connecting the power, AMS is able to detect it and AMS ui let me turn on drying. But after 2-3 seconds it turned off without showing any error.
I need to measure the dimensions but that dc male connector is good fitting to AMS an

checked adapter, power connector is 5.5x2.2mm

Well, either the power adapter is defective or the AMS is. From what you’re describing the AMS isn’t getting enough current to power the heaters (assuming you can print using it, just not dry with it).

Do you have a link to the power supply you bought?

I am using 150W AC-DC Buck Converter 100V-240V to 24V 6A Step Down Power Supply Module link
I have a dc jack connector connected to power supply

The clicking sound is the ports opening up.

Do you have a video of the issue?

Indeed issue was of insufficient power and issue was caused by a alligator clip wire I used to connect power to to a dc jack, that stupid 1 feet were had 20 ohm resistance causing power to drop

Thanks everyone for their help.
