My all new AMS 2 Pro works fine on my A1, but the automatic feed from slot No.4 doesnt work smothly. I have to open the AMS 2 and give the filament a “manual push” to finaly load in Slot No.4 ???

Yesterday I had a bit of filament stuck in the filament hub. It was lesser annoying to service than the heating cartridge.
I still think these procedures aren’t for all. I admit when I was furiously servicing it (total time 20 mins) my thought was for all the casuals, ripping all the connectors & such xD

but still i have the problem with the feeder No.4 on my brandnew ams 2 pro?
Have you cleaned it yet?
Chances are there is a piece of filament stuck in either the hub or the feeder gears. It is also good to check the PTFE tubes to make sure they are seated correctly.
is there a video guide, how “to clean”?
Not a video, but the guides are comprehensive.
The better question, Can you see any obvious obstructions?
ams is ok. it’s your filament that had an issue. (there are few reasons for that)
Mine was a red jayo pla 2.0 that stood in the ams too long and unused, it got all the drying cycles and slot cycles as well. the head cracked inside the buffer. it was a clean trim but the device couldn’t push it outside the buffer, hence the need to open it.
I had to remove the buffer and detach its motor to have access to the bit.
Please be careful to don’t lose the 2 LINEAR GASKETS that damp the contact between the buffer and the chassis.

I replaced the piece of tube from motor to the hub, seems to work
