Hi everyone,
Coming back here to report that I paid for an advance return of an AMS V2 Pro from Bambu (via support). Received the replacement unit and it has been completely fine. I returned the faulty unit in the packaging from the new one and just received my refund/credit from Bambu.
I have not tried using the dryer function yet, and am honestly a little worried about, but Bambu says it shouldn’t be an issue.
