Whenever I attempt to insert filament into slot 2, the slot lights up and detects something is there. However there is no motor movement, no sound at all. It gives me the error message below.
I have checked all the wired connections and even swapped the entire feeder units in 2 and 4. Even after the swap, the one that previously failed in slot 2 worked fine in 4. But the one that had always worked in slot 4 stopped working once it was placed into 2.
I’m being led around by the support ticket and being told to disassemble and clean the internal hub, but the loss of function is in the feeder unit itself. If anyone has run into this problem I’d love to hear any solutions you may have come across.
