AMS 2 PRO Slot 3 and 4 stopped working

Hi,
I use the new AMS 2 Pro in combination with my X1C for 2 weeks now.
Until today everything worked fine (apart of the drying function regarding the missing software update)
Slot 1 and 2 still work perfectly fine.
Unfortunately my Slot 3 and 4 aren’t working correctly anymore.

Slot 3 is doing nothing when I am filling it with Filament (motor do not start catching the filamnet, rfid chip isn’t read)

Slot 4 still grabs the filament with the motor but the rfid also isn’t read by the AMS.
I tryed different spools but that is not the problem. The same spools work just perfectly fine in Slot 1 and 2.

Anyone here with same problems on their AMS 2 Pro ?
Already updatet everything to newest software and checked the AMS connections and reconnected it. Also tryed another 6 Pin cable.
I would post a video of the exact Problem but it isn’t possible in here…

If you’re interested in troubleshooting yourself, maybe start with taking things apart and put back together. Could possibly be loose cables causing your problem.

The Bambu Lab Wiki has really good instructions for this kind of thing.

I’m having a similar problem here with AMS 2 Pro connected to H2D. Only 3 days old, been working fine since opening over the last 3 days but today I noticed an error showing on the assistant for slot 1 on the ams. Assistant shows ‘AMS A the brushed motor 1 has no signal which may be due to a poor contact in the motor connector or a fault with the motor’

Checker the connections and opened up to check the contact inside and they all seem fine. So I’m guessing the motor has died?
