my ams 2 pro purchased separately worked for 3-4 prints and then started having various problems: it doesn’t recognize the colors of the bambulab spools, it doesn’t feed the filament to the printer correctly, it gnaws the filament making strange noises and flashes. I opened a ticket and they sent me a replacement hub complete with sensor, but after assembling everything the problem remained and even worsened, now I find myself with an ams2 pro paid and used little or nothing for over a month and the support hasn’t responded for days, what should I do?
do you think they will accept the total replacement of the ams 2 pro with a new one? I wrote in the ticket but nobody hears

I believe you are entitled to a replacement if the problem appears within 30days.
