anyone else have this issue after shutting off my X1C with 2 AMS units , when you come back and turn on the printer it dose its normal startup but when is cycles though the filament in the ams when it gets to the last roll on a4 it feeds it to check it but then it also starts to feed in the spool thats in B1 causing both to run into each other on the hub. and jam, i have to pull one of them back and then it will finish its start up. this only happens on a cold start up after that it works fine . not sure what started with to happen and help ? thanks
Since this morning my single AMS has been unable to read Bambu spools. Restart (Power Cycle) did nothing. Unrelated maybe.
I haven’t done anything to the printer. No firmware updates/Studio is up to date.
its odd my printer also was not able to find my wifi network never had this happen before power cycle fixed that but the ams issues still remain
Ok, I actually just randomly solved my issue. I noticed that the external spool holder had a filament loaded (I never loaded it, it just threw a random filament in there somehow). I selected the external (which had no physical roll, PTFE wasn’t even hooked up etc…) and hit unload. It then did the unload process, and re-read all of the filaments in the AMS. It now reads them correctly. Again I’m not sure this is related to OP’s issues. Another post I just read said to try keeping the printer powered and unplugging the AMS to power cycle it alone. I never tried that.
