Hello, I’m new to the forum and I purchased the AMS and install last night on New P1S and I’ve loaded 4 roll of Bambu PLA basic Gray hoping that it will do a auto change to the next Gray filament. Having 2 large files to print.
been reading posts and watching a video where a guy demonstrated on his A1. Is there a setting in Bambu Studios for this to work?
Hi! Make sure “AMS filament backup” is turned on in the AMS options. From Bambu Studio it looks like this:
Also make sure the filament is exactly the same type and color. To make sure it’s going to work you can click this on the final screen before it goes to the printer:

More precisely, that circle in the tab “Auto Refill”
For that to show up you would need two of the exact same filament of the same color in the AMS units. Like “Generic PLA” and the same exact red for the color. Do you have two that are exactly the same in the AMS?
