Doing long prints lately and ran out of filament in slot 1. Slot 2 is programmed with the same type and color filament. The AMS is set to automatically switch from slot 1 to slot 2 when slot 1 runs out. It worked perfectly and the X1C touch screen is showing an informational warning that this happened. I have tried to ignore or clear this message as I replaced the empty slot (slot 1) with a roll of the exact same color and type filament and have since printed 5 more different items. During each print, this message is still there and I click on ignore or clear….The AMS and X1C are working perfectly, I just need to know how to clear this message permanently until one of the slots runs out again.
I’m pretty sure it’s a bug in the Handy app as I can’t get it to clear either.
Showing in App as well as on the X1C to ouch screen as well.
In my experience it will be there until you turn the printer off and on.
Issue still exists. Auto switched over a week ago, new and different filament now in the slot that was used but message still can’t be dismissed in Handy or Studio.
