Hi, I have a new reel of Bambu White PLA filament that the AMS cannot detect. It looks like is has no ID tag circuit! has anyone else had a similar issue? I guess it’s just tough luck!
Try moving it over EXACTLY one ams slot in either direction. In other words if it is in an even slot put it into an odd slot (or vice versa).
Power cycle the AMS. There is a bug in their RFID chip setup that is fixed by power cycling,
