AMS failed

Hi, my AMS keeps coming up with this message.

“Failed to feed the filament outside the AMS.
Please clip the end of the filament flat and
check to see if the spool is stuck. After
troubleshooting, click the “Retry” button”

Non of my spools are stuck. I press the Retry button and nothing happens, not even a noise

Check the cable/connection between the AMS and the buffer/controller.

I was having similar issues. I powered off the printer and then completely removed the cable. Both ends looked fine, so I reconnected it and then everything was working fine again.
