When filament is changed or even when starting the print i encounter this issue, there seems to be no broken filaments (ams to printer) it doesn’t seem to be dependent on the ams slot being used.
P1S, Filament Buffer, AMS 2 Pro
Yes, I know the issue and looked up the error code.
I checked for tangles for both filaments (slot 1 and 2), checked and opened into the ams and the filament buffer and couldn’t find anything, nothing seems to be stuck.
And it seems like the ams is able to move the filament but then it decides to pull it back maybe because of high amount of torque as seen in the video.
I frequently have this problem. If you have not disassembled, you need to (watch the help video or YT. There is frequently a small piece of filament in the PFE tube under the AMS.
