AMS HT available!

Ging mir genauso, aber keine Panik, das funktioniert

I Ordered mine exactly the same time as you. it says on their website that it ships around the 27th of May. i love in the UK.

I’m at work, when received the email alert I saw it was to be shipped on May 12th, When placing the order, a customer walked in here, after taking care of the customer and come back to the order to close it, it had changed to the end of May… it was just a few minutes

Is it taboo to talk about other brands here? For the same price (sold out), the SpacePi X4 looks interesting to me.

The HT doesn’t autoload? Are you referring to the softer TPUs?

That’s a really good price for a 85C dryer. But I want two AMS that fit on the top of the H2D. So one Pro and one HT.

TPU 95A, PPA, PPS dont use the loading function, they use the bypass hole. So its essentially an external dry box with those.

Do you know if the ams ht still assists in spinning the tpu roll?

It does not, just a fancy dry box. I did see a Chinese youtuber use PPA with loading/unloading function. Maybe if the PTFE path is smooth enough with no sharp turns it will work with PPA/PPS through the standard AMS port.

I’ve printed already a lot of 95A TPU from a cereal dry box on my H2D. Definitely nothing you need an AMS HT for. I still ordered one because it does High Temp drying and adds another AMS slot in addition to what the cereal box provides. :smirk: So uses the little space next to the H2D very efficiently for 3 things.

Well then that was a missed opportunity. Hopefullt they add it later for atleast bambu filaments since they can read the rfid while printing, to get the diameter of the actual filament. It could read for a few revolutions and then start to assist when it knows the propper speed. Or use the feedback from the extruder servo to keep the least possible resustance.

Now, 3.5 hours later, the US still has units for pre-order. I guess that nearly doubling of the price dampened the sales ($115 to $199).

Wow, that looks great, way more functionality for the same price.

I’m tempted to cancel the order I just placed for an AMS HT.

Or can we expect the usual amount of Creality disfunctionality…

Was I the only one annoyed that the sale today was only a “Pre-Order” after telling us it would go on sale almost a month ago?

20 years ago I would agree, but I finally got some patience. And three AMS2 Pro units. That helps

The wait isn’t the real problem, just the odd practice. “Will be available on xx/xx”… then, “Thank you for your preorder”.

I ordered from the EU store at 14:01 and it would ship in 1-3 days. However I wanted a B2B order and that required a different type of login. So I placed a second order 10 minutes later and that one ships around May 21 and the mail also explicitly (in red) stated so. So I’m sure my first order would not have been a pre-order of some kind. So they probably just didn’t have that many to ship right away. I ended up canceling my initial order after the B2B order went through so we’ll never know when I would have actually received it.

Sorry, I’m assuming the pre-order from launch was a US only thing. The moment the link went live (refreshing it) it showed Pre-Order.

Incidentally, the preorder status is still available now in the US store.

Nope, I had the same “oh really” moment

Seems like even Bambu themselves aren’t sure when it is shipping lol (my confirmation email)

Yeah, that’s what prompted me to ask… “Hey its ready to order NOW”… “Thank you for your Pre-Order”.

No big deal, just another communication fumble on the 10 yard line.

I’m also not sure why they charge €15/AMS HT when I can order tens and tens of filament spools and get free shipping (even though that box will be way heavier and bigger).
