AMS HT motor three-phase wires are not connected

So… yesterday, after drying a brand new TPU90A in brand new AMS-HT, I’ve got error: AMS-HT A: The assist motor three-phase wires are not connected. The assist motor connector may have poor contact.

I bet the motor is dead or the control MOSFETs. I unpacked a brand new one and put it for drying. I even did not start using it as AMS yet…

Anyone else have similar issue? I’ve reported it to support but no answer so far…

Are you positive the neutral and line voltage on your supply line are correctly wired? I have seen house go years with the problem. in any event you should own one of these: Klein Tools RT110 Outlet Tester, AC Electrical Receptacle Tester for North American Outlets - Amazon.com

Of course it is. First of all i’m from EU so 230V, secondly AMS HT heater is connected via 2 wires (no ground).
while printer is connected with real ground wire.

Sorry to hear that. I was hoping I found you an easy fix. good luck, sincerely - regards Rico

Having this issue myself, so far have replaced the cable with support, no change still throwing the error. All started after I heated some ASA for a print.

based on the Wiki sounds like the motor is next unless they replace it, TBD.

I’m almost positive it is the controller board not the motor. If you can zoom in on the cotroler board probably you will notice cracked IC that controls the motor.

Yea, I think that’s step 3 of motor doesn’t work in the wiki at least. I’ve honestly had nothing but trouble with my 2 HT since buying them. They were working fine if I didn’t heat anything in them (if they would heat, had to change that too). Hopefully I can get this thing working at some point, using my 2nd one that I did not heat anything in right now.

Your image definitely looks like the board but I’m no expert, just following the wiki at this point and waiting for support to keep sending me parts, not very fun.
