somebody made this for the old space pis, maybe we can have a try on it.
Need something like what the creality cfs has in its lid.
I have 4 AMS HT and 2 AMS Pro 2. I love them, they work great and dry everything just fine. Heat and time will dry out anything and having it rotate makes it even better. The Space Pi if that rotated it would be one of the best out there. I have one of them too and use it for drying and storage.
Speaking of RH and AMS units—I recently replaced the desiccants in my (old) AMS units because they were reporting close to 20% RH. A few hours after the swap, they proudly displayed 0% RH… which, let’s be honest, isn’t exactly realistic unless I accidentally created a vacuum chamber.
Once again, this just proves how useful it would be to display AH instead of RH. At least then the numbers would make a bit more sense—and maybe stop making me feel like I’ve broken the laws of physics with a bag of silica gel.
Hey @flessa , I think the easiest way is to cut a ptfe tube and clip the cut tube onto that inner lid. Seem to be working on my end. I can make a cutting jig for it but you can do it with a knife anyway.
Basically you can do it yourself as well lol.
Also for the grease, it’s working surprisingly well (really not that messy) and you don’t need a lot, just a bit on the edge is good enough.
