My AMS hub is making scratching noises at the moment the filament enters the hub as it gets loaded into the printer. Is this normal ?

Its not really a issue, it functions as expected, only the noise is concerning. But i didn’t solve it
I have this “issue” as well. Sounds like something is having some difficulty, but no errors yet.
