I have a jam in the AMS. Evidently an idle filament broke off inside. The LED light is red. I can push new filament about 3" into it, and then it stops. But the motors don’t start up and pull it in. On power up, the printer says the filament failed to retract, but there is no filament visible in the ptfe tube coming out of the AMS.
